The Hitchhiker is a 2007 American horror film produced by The Asylum, directed by Leigh Scott.
The film centers on four young girls (played by Sarah Lieving, Shaley Scott, Jessica Bork and Sarah Hall respectively), who are on a cross-country road-trip to Las Vegas.
En route, they pick up a seemingly-harmless hitchhiker (Jeff Denton), and continue their journey, only for their car to break down in a deserted motel on a lonely highway. Waiting for a mechanic to arrive, the girls settle down in the hotel for the night. They wait out in the pool and Jack shows some interest in Melinda (Sarah Lieving.) Krista (Jessica bork) then has sex with Jack. Later, Patty (Sarah Hall) and Denise (Shaley Scott) are teasing Krista while the mechanic (Micheal Tower) goes to Jack's truck to fix it, only to be shot in the head by Jack. Meanwhile, Jack brings some Cannabis in the form of a drink. All of the girls drink it except Melinda, who just takes a sip. She passes out, waking up the next day to find...
